Our service
is a fee-based service. The fee will be based upon the
services we provide for your particular situation in
buying a new car or new truck or the lease of a new
car or lease of a new truck. The services we offer are
limited to new cars and new trucks only and can be categorized
as follows:

advice on when to buy or sell; financing; lease
vs. buy; getting rid of your used vehicle; what
to buy; how to buy or sell; providing a quick-estimate
price for the vehicle you are interested in etc.) |

Act as a pricing and locating
service where we actually arrange and coordinate
delivery of a new vehicle on your behalf |

The more you tell us about your situation, the more
quickly we can determine if our service will benefit
you.
If we can assist, we will let you know. If we cannot
assist, we will not waste your time and let you know
that too. Examples of reasons we will not be able
to directly assist you in your buying your new car
or truck include:

Purchasing
a Saturn Vehicle. Saturn does not negotiate prices.
They are set in stone. |

Your state has enacted laws
that prohibit anyone not licensed as a dealer
in that state from becoming involved in vehicle
price negotiations. (While none of these have
been enacted as of this time, they are up for
debate and may be passed shortly if the dealers
associations can have their way) |
Regardless, at the time of your inquiry, we will call
you to let you know how we can assist, along with
the time frame in which we can provide assistance
to you. Providing as much information as possible
with your initial request will help us more readily
determine which of our available services we can render.
Also, any of the free information that we provide
is available to anyone regardless of which of our
services you desire to utilize.

Whenever possible, our company prefers to do business
in writing; either through e-mail or fax. This minimizes
misunderstanding, assures accurate communication and
provides for a convenient, comfortable atmosphere to
transact business.

Fee
Our search process to see if you will benefit from our
new car buying or leasing service begins when you fill
out an Online Profile Form, or contact an AutoReps representative
at 888-388-REPS.
In some states and situations, we may not offer our
service. Regardless, at the time of your inquiry, we
will either email and/or call you to let you know if
we can assist along with the time frame in which we
can provide assistance to you. Providing as much information
as possible with your initial request will help us more
readily determine if we can help you. And in any case,
all the free information we have available will be sent
to you free of charge. In most states, our service
fee is $99. We feel that this is a very fair price
to charge as that same $99 has saved some customers
in excess of $4000! However, because we are currently
undertaking a large effort to establish relationships
with new customers, our fee is currently discounted
FIFTY PERCENT!!
This means, that you can take advantage our complete
auto negotiation service for under $50!
This fee is not currently refundable except in a
situation covered by our guarantee.
