Our owner and General Manager, Bob Peralta, has 29 years experience in the new car dealership environment including being a previous General Manager of a New Car Dealership Group. The professional experience of operating a new car dealership group along with his 17 years of operating a professional new car auto broker company means you are hiring a knowledgeable professional to represent you in getting what you want at a fair and reasonable price.

Our business practices have been approved and certified by the Better Business Bureau with no complaints in our 17 year history.

We do business in writing { as long as you have an E mail address or fax number}. That means no hidden agendas. No surprises and no pressure to buy now.

We make no attempts to sell you. We do not tell you what to buy. You tell us.

We are a fee based service which means we charge an advance fee {prior} to giving you prices and/or providing consultation services. This service fee is designed to attract serious buyers only and partially reimburses us for our time and expertise in providing excellent service.

Our service fees are indicated below:

Our service fee charge for pricing for the purchase of a new car or purchase of a new truck is only $50 in the State of California. {Visa/MasterCard accepted}. This service fee is refundable if you buy elsewhere for less. {see our refund policy for exact details}. There are no other fees you pay us as the new car dealer pays the balance of our service fee for referring and arranging the sale of their new vehicle.

Our service fee charge for pricing on a {lease } of a new car or {lease} of a new truck is only $50 in the State of California. {Visa/MasterCard accepted}. Note, our $50 service fee for {lease quotes} and {leasing research} is non-refundable. There are no other fees you pay us as the new car dealer pays the balance of our service fee for arranging the lease.

Service fee rates from states other than California are determined on a case by case basis.

Our written price quote is valid for 72 hours and is based on the supply and demand of the particular vehicle you want at the time of your inquiry. After the 72 hour time period has expired, the price "may" be subject to change, either to a higher price; a lower price; or stay the same as previously quoted.

After the 72 hour time period has expired, our $50 service fee charge automatically becomes non-refundable.

However, after the 72 hour time period has expired, if you would like us to re-quote the same vehicle {whether it be the exact same equipment or even different equipment than as originally quoted}, we will do so on a one-time basis only at no additional cost to you.

What is your policy for meeting my expectations?

The bitterness of poor service remains long after the sweetness of a low price is forgotten.

We treat people the way we want to be treated; with courtesy, respect and we pay attention to detail.

Getting a low price is an important consideration. Equally important is how you are treated before, during and after the transaction. We don’t do business with car dealers that are not courteous and respectful. We don’t do business with car dealers that offer cars for delivery that are dirty, scratched, or have something wrong with them. We don't do business with car dealers that change the selling price of the car or try to sneak something in on your transaction that you had not previously requested. The bottom line is we don't do business with any new car dealer unless they meet or exceed our {and your} expectations.

When you ask us to arrange a new car sale for you; whether you take delivery at the new car dealership, or at your home or office; we insist; as a matter of policy; {prior} to the signing of any paperwork or handling of money; that you first physically inspect the vehicle to make sure it is not damaged {scratches, dents, etc.}.

We constantly monitor our business partners {new car dealers}. As a client, you are a big part of this monitoring process as we E mail you a follow up survey that we ask you to complete after you have taken delivery. This report card is extremely important to us since you are our client. What you report will be a deciding factor in whether we do business with that particular new car dealer in the future. It is our way of knowing which new car dealers are treating our clients with courtesy and respect, and delivering what every new car owner should get .... a perfect car.

Lastly, in our 17 years of doing business; due to our pre-screening and constant monitoring process; we have “never” had a new car delivery where our clients did not take delivery of their new vehicle.

Why should I use your new car buying service for new car pricing research, locating a new car, and getting what I want at a fair and competitive price?

The secret is not only to know the right people, but also for the right people to know you. With 29 years experience, 17 years in which he has owned his own company, Bob Peralta has the industry contacts to help you find what you want at a fair and reasonable price.

Based on our proprietary information gathering techniques developed over 17 years in business, we negotiate what we know to be a fair price; let you know in writing and in advance what the numbers are so that you can make your own purchase decision at your own pace and time.

Our normal two-step process applies in most situations as follows:

1. We do { made-to-order pricing research } for the specific vehicle { as requested by you }. This new car pricing research normally can take anywhere from minutes to up to a week to complete depending upon what you are looking for and how busy we are at the time of your inquiry. When finished, we E mail the results of our new car pricing research to you which includes an out-the-door price on the new vehicle with the factory-installed options as specifically requested by you. Note, you have no obligation to proceed with our locating a vehicle on your behalf unless you choose to proceed in doing so upon your own initiative.

2. After you receive the new car pricing research results, and you choose to proceed; then we can normally arrange delivery within 1 to 3 days from your notification to us that you want to get your new car. In most cases, you can choose to take delivery at the new car dealership or maybe even at your home or office.

How do I know if you can help me?

We do not know if our service will benefit you until you E mail, call, or fill out on new car online worksheet and tell us your situation including the exact new car or new truck that you want to purchase or lease.

Our decision to assist will be based a combination of factors such as where you live {city, state}; what you want; when you want it; how far are you willing to travel to get it, and other issues which may be unique to your situation.

For example, depending on your particular situation, we may

- provide consultation services only. {i.e., professional advice on when to buy or sell; financing; lease vs buy; getting rid of your used vehicle; what to buy; how to buy or sell; etc.}

- provide pricing information only. {i.e., tell us exactly what you want, we price it for your area}

- act as a pricing and locating service where we actually arrange and coordinate delivery of a new vehicle on your behalf.

- based on the information you provide, determine that we cannot assist you.

That is why we suggest you fill out our new car online worksheet, send us an E mail, or call. The more you tell us about your situation, the more quickly we can determine if our service will benefit you.

If we can assist, we will let you know. If we cannot assist, we will not waste your time and let you know that too.

Regardless, at the time of your inquiry, we will either E mail and/or call you to let you know if we can assist along with the time frame in which we can provide assistance to you. Providing as much information as possible with your initial request will help us more readily determine if we can help you.

Why do you charge a fee {before} you give us a price?

We charge a service fee {prior} to giving you a price because we know our information including professional consultation will save you time, money, and aggravation.

Since we do {made-to-order pricing and availability research} for the {specific} vehicle you want; this service fee reimburses us for our time and expertise.

The bottom line is that paying our service fee is cheap insurance and a great way to make sure that you don't overpay for whatever new vehicle you plan on purchasing or leasing.

What are your prices based on?

Our prices are "not" based on factory invoice, dealer cost, or the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price{MSRP}.

Our prices are based solely on supply and demand of the specific new car or new truck that you want to purchase at the specfic time that you want it.

Because of supply and demand factors, the resulting best prices we find for the specific vehicle you want could be any one of the following:

---- Less than factory invoice/dealer cost;

---- Somewhere between factory invoice/dealer cost and the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price(MSRP); or

---- Higher than the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price(MSRP).

At the very minimum, most reasonable people do not mind paying the going rate. What they do mind is when they over pay. Our researched results will give you piece of mind knowing that you are not over paying.

How long are your prices valid?

Our written price quote is valid for 72 hours and is based on the supply and demand of the particular vehicle you want at the time of your inquiry. In what order is your service performed?

Our service is normally a two-step process;

Step #1 > Price shopping research

This price shopping normally takes a few minutes to a week from the time we start the process and is based on how busy we are when you contact us and also on the availability of the specific vehicle you want. During our price shopping process; we don't attempt to locate the new vehicle of your choice for two reasons:

#1. You can't decide if you want a particular vehicle until you know what you are going to pay for it.

#2. Just because a vehicle is available at a dealership when we are doing our pricing research doesn't mean it is still going to be available when you, the consumer, choose that you want to proceed.

{For 17 years, the new car dealers we do business with have committed and guaranteed the price we quote for 72 hours from the time we E mail you the written price quote. Within this time period, that means if they don't have the vehicle, they will go find it at the price we quote as long as the vehicle is exists and is available.}

When our pricing research is completed, the best price we find will be E mailed to you and will include all fees that would be due and payable upon delivery such as sales tax, documentation fee, and license fee, plus any other government and/or statutory fees that may be legally required in your State when purchasing a new vehicle. This out-the-door price will already have been negotiated on your behalf and is based on the assumption that this new vehicle exists in your state with the exact, factory- installed options as specified by you. [Factory orders okay too.]

Sept #2 > Locating and arranging for delivery

We proceed with this process "only" after you have made a commitment to buy at the quoted price we have E mailed to you.

{In our search, if the vehicle does not exist or is not available, then we locate the closest optioned vehicle to your original choice. The selling price would then be adjusted either higher {if it has more equipment} or lower {if it has less equipment} so you can make your own decision if you want it or not.}

Most people normally have their new vehicles within 48 hours from the time that the search process begins.

How do I know your researched pricing is fair and reasonable?

It's simple. Once you receive our written emailed price quote; you can shop other sources and do you own comparison shopping.

Can you assist in the pricing and locating of high demand vehicles?

Yes, in most cases we are able to get discounts on high demand vehicles. If there is a situation where we cannot get you any discounts; then we will let you know so that we don't waste your time .

In situations where we are not able to get discounts, we have been very successful in getting these extremely high demand vehicles {much faster} for you {some times by weeks or months} than through your own efforts. Why? Which line do you stand in at the grocery store, the longest line or the shortest line? You can see lines in a grocery store but you don’t have access and the ability to see car dealer orders versus other car dealer orders to see who has the shortest waiting time.

Do you give out ball-park figures?

In some situations, yes. However, this information is not free.

We will charge a {non-refundable} $25 advance fee {before} giving you a ball park price at the time of your request.

You will need to fill out our Online Profile Form on our web page. In the other comments section, please specify that you want a ball park figure only.

Why is your service fee non-refundable on lease quotes?

Finding the best lease is a very time consuming process requiring finding the best price on the vehicle and also finding the lending institution that has the best lease rates and terms.

Note, all lease quotes are subject to prior credit approval. Since we don’t known your financial status (past/current credit history, income/debt ratio, net worth, etc.), we would and could not be sure what lease rate classification in which you will qualify. Therefore, the lease quote we would email to you after our research is completed would assume you qualify for the best rates and terms.

If you don't qualify for the best rates, then the lease payment would be re-adjusted to reflect your established credit rating at the time of your application.

I already have dealer cost information, what benefits will using your service provide?

Like most things in life, this business in not only based on {what you know} but also {who you know}. To get the best deals the {who you know’s} must also {know who you are} and what expertise you bring to the table in knowing the supply and demand variables for the particular new car you want.

Being in business for 17 years means we know all the right people and they know us because we speak to each other nearly every day.

There are many who suggest using "dealer's cost" and/or "invoice" as the best tool for negotiating the lowest price. However, in the real world, the best price is also obtained by knowing the supply and demand of that particular product at this moment in time when you are ready to buy. This timely knowledge could yield you a price thousands of dollars lower than "dealer cost and/or invoice".

The bottom line is "supply and demand" plus who you know {and do they know you?} determines the market for any product, not its cost or retail price (ever see a home sell for substantially less than its cost because of a depressed market?).

And every few days, these best prices are subject to change based on new supply and demand variables.

Without access to insider information and industry contacts, it's very difficult and time consuming to really find the best deal.

Simply stated... Our 17 years in business with tons of contacts will save you time and money in finding the right deal for you.

Who do I actually purchase this new vehicle from? Whom is the check made out to?

In all cases, you purchase the vehicle from a franchised, new car dealership {and not from our company}. Your check is made payable to that new car dealership and not our company.

In situations where a deposit is taken {for example, in order to secure a factory order}, the deposit check will always be made out to that particular selling new car dealer in which your factory order is placed.

All new cars arranged for sale and delivery are subject to availability from a franchised new car dealership.

What is included in your written price quote for California residents?

Our written price quote is based on "exactly" what you say you want to buy.

Our written price quote to you will itemize and specifically state the following items:

+ Selling price {to include all factory-installed options you specifically tell us
you want in advance; includes factory destination freight charge}.

+ Dealer documentation fee..($45)

+ Appropriate sales tax from the county in which the vehicle is going to be
registered.

+ License fees (estimated within $20 on cars; estimated within $50 on trucks)

+ California tire recycling fee ($5)

- Minus any applicable, qualifying manufacturer rebates.

= an out-the-door price.

How can I get the most for my trade?

It doesn't matter "who buys" your used vehicle; it's "who pays" the most for it.

Selling your used-vehicle on your own to a private party almost always gets you the most money. However, many choose to avoid strange visitors to their home, and the time and hassle of selling a used vehicle on their own to a private party.

The problem with trade-in's is the new-car dealer that has the lowest price on the new vehicle may not be the car dealer that pays the most for your used vehicle.

That is why we treat trade-ins as a separate transaction.

That being the case, how do you know you are getting a fair value for your trade-in? Car dealers are not going to pay more for your used vehicle than what they can purchase a vehicle "similar" to yours at an "auto-auction for car dealers only". To obtain this price, we suggest you get two to three bids from used car dealers on the purchase of your used vehicle without an obligation by you to buy anything from them. Once you have obtained this information, just compare the bid from the new car dealer with the bids obtained on your own.

Whatever new car dealer we send you to will give you a "courtesy bid" on your trade-in. "Courtesy bid" means:

If you want to trade your vehicle in, you can do so. If you choose not to trade your vehicle in, you can do that also.

Either way, whether you trade your vehicle in or not, the selling price of the new vehicle "does and will not" change.

Do you have access to special manufacturer finance or lease rates?

Yes. Subject to prior credit approval by the lending institution, whether it be 0% - 1.9% - 2.9% - 3.9% ; if you qualify you will get it. Call or email for details on the particular model you want.

Can we get manufacturer's rebates when we purchase a new car through your service? How about special lease rates on new cars and new trucks?

Yes. All new cars and new trucks that we price, locate, and arrange for delivery are actually sold or leased by a franchised new car dealer for that particular model that you want to buy or lease. That means that you are entitled to any new car or new truck manufacturer rebates; special financing, special lease rates, or whatever other manufacturer consumer incentives that you qualify for at the time of your application.

Can you find us competitive finance rates?

During the information gathering phase of our service, we ask you the best finance rates and terms that you can obtain on your own through your own bank, credit union, or other lending source. Then, during our price shopping phase; we compare this interest rate with rates that may be available through the manufacturer, new car dealer or other lending institution.

If we find better a rate, we fax you a credit application for you to complete and return to us so we can forward this information to that particular lending institution in order to get your loan pre-approved in advance.

The bottom line...
Whether it be qualifying manufacturer rebates, interest or lease rates...
if there is a better rate...we will find it.

Where do I get my new vehicle serviced for the manufacturer's factory warranty?

While under the manufacturers factory warranty, your new car can be serviced by any franchised, new car dealership anywhere in the United States which represents the make and model you purchase. For example, if you purchase a new Toyota; any franchised Toyota dealership anywhere in the United States will service your vehicle under the factory warranty. You do not have to take the vehicle back to the new car dealer in which the car was purchased.

Regarding the new Toyota Prius Hybrid, the Honda Hybrid, and the Mini Cooper. What is the pricing and availability of these particular models {June 2004} ?

The following comments relate to these 3 models {only}. These comments do not pertain to other make and model vehicles.

There is currently more demand than supply for this particular vehicle.

We normally charge a service fee for the use of our service. However, in this particular circumstance, we would not charge a service fee because we know there is currently no available supply.

However, from time to time, we do come across an available vehicle which are "currently" being sold at the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price.

If you would like, please email us if you would like to be put on our list so that when a Toyota Prius becomes available, we can notify you. If so, please indicate what exterior colors would be acceptable in order of preference.

At this moment, we have no time frame in which we can say a vehicle may become available; it could be within a few days to months with the months being the most likely case scenario at this time.

Once we receive this written email from you, we will put you on our list of people that want either one of these models.

If we come across an available vehicle, we will contact you. If you do not hear from us; it is because we have not found an available vehicle for you to purchase.

What is a "purchase agreement"?

A purchase agreement is the legal binding document which a buyer receives when purchasing a vehicle which shows , amongst other relevant information, the year, make, model, vehicle identification number of the vehicle, mileage, purchase price, purchase date, name of the selling dealer, selling dealers address, and authorized signature of the selling dealer.

What is a "Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price Sticker"?

This official federally-required form is attached to the vehicle (usually on one of the windows) showing the vehicle's official make and model number; the vehicle identification number; a description of the factory installed options along with their official corresponding factory option codes.
