Up until you pick up the keys to your new vehicle, the majority of our work is done over the phone with dealers in your area.

Prices for new cars and trucks can at times be very time sensitive. In order to avoid slow-ups in the beginning of your search, you will want to complete the steps to the right and give us a call or utilize our Online Profile Form; your AutoRep will then begin to search and negotiate for the best price on your vehicle. If you have any difficulty determining the difference in trim levels, options, or other factors, be sure to give us a call and your representative will help you with these details.



Get a brochure: Learn as much as you can about your new car or truck by visiting the manufacturer web site or reading their brochure.
Design Your Vehicle: Utilize a brochure or the manufacturers online car “building” tools to determine exactly how you want your vehicle configured.
Take a Test Drive: Unless you have no shadow of doubt that this is the car for you, or truly detest the pressure of new car dealerships, we highly suggest you try driving the vehicle at least once to insure that it is the right car or truck for you. Just make sure that you don’t succumb to the pressure the salesman doubtless will place upon you.



The next step will be for your AutoRep to utilize our specialized research tools to determine current incentives, special dealer-only price breaks, as well as prices paid by others for similarly equipped models.

Armed with this information, we will begin to contact multiple dealers in your area to negotiate the best price for your vehicle. This step takes between one and two days, and when finished you are immediately contacted with the information.

This price will already have been negotiated on your behalf and is based on the assumption that this new vehicle exists in your state with the exact, factory-installed options as specified by you. If there are no vehicles in your area that match exactly with the options you desire to have equipped, we will provide you a list of those that most closely resemble your indicated desires. If none of these are to your liking, we can have your vehicle ordered from the factory.
Also, in the event that we find prices on the exact vehicle you are looking for, but there is significant savings ($1000 or more) on a vehicle which has options that varies slightly from those specified, we will notify you of this in an effort to provide you with the best value for your purchase.

Once you are satisfied with the price and have made a purchase commitment, we provide you with all the information needed in order to walk in, pay for your vehicle, and drive away. Most people have their vehicle within 72 hours from when the search begins.

You will take deliver of your new car or truck from a dealer in your local area unless the vehicle you outlines is only available from a dealer from a more distant location.

Please remember that you purchase the car from a new car dealer, not from us.

This detail is very important as some states only allow new vehicles to be purchased through state-licensed dealerships.

We represent you in the buying process. At the time of delivery you should inspect the car to insure that everything is in order BEFORE you sign any papers or finalize payment. Once you are satisfied with the condition of the vehicle you sign and complete all the routine paperwork (insuring that your license plate gets mailed, etc.) and are on your way home with your new vehicle.

 Lease Info
Many of our customers do not understand how the monthly price of a leased vehicle is determined. Some believe that the only way to lease a vehicle is to do so through a dealer at a set price the dealer establishes. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Leasing is just a special form of financing where you pay (with interest) only for the amount of miles used on the vehicle. The two major factors that effect your monthly lease payment on which you can negotiate are the interest rate and…you guessed it…the purchase price of the vehicle.

Being another form of financing, there are many independent companies that will lease new cars and trucks to customers just like you at much better prices than a dealer will offer.

We provide free information on how to get great lease rates to anyone who calls 888-388-REPS and requests it. Also, you can request this information by completing an Online Profile Form. If you are unsure about what new vehicle you are interested in purchasing, or are unsure of the time frame, jut put “Undecided” in those fields before you submit it. You’ll be glad you did.


Trade-ins
You have the ability to trade-in your used vehicle the same as always. The process of buying a new car and trading in your older model is always handled as two separate transactions. (Though many dealers would prefer that you didn’t know that)

   We offer free to anyone who requests it, information on methods that can be used to maximize the value returned to you from your used vehicle. Again, fill out our Online Profile Form and make sure the “Send Free Info” box is checked at the bottom. Financing
While you can choose to obtain financing from the dealer’s in-house finance department, and it may seem convenient, we cannot recommend that you do so. Too often have people gotten the best price on their new car or truck, only to find themselves embattled in the finance office for the low interest rates their credit deserved. Your local credit union can offer you guaranteed rates on loans and lease packages that coincide with your credit rating.

We also offer free to all interested in filling out an Online Profile Form, information and resources that will help you get the best rates on loans or leases, without the stress of a dealer finance office. Once again, just fill out our Online Profile Form and make sure the “Send Free Info” box is checked at the bottom. If you are unsure about what new vehicle you are interested in purchasing, or are unsure of the time frame, jut put “Undecided” in those fields. If you want, you can call 888-388-REPS and someone will make sure you are sent the information.

 Service Fee
Our search process to see if you will benefit from our new car buying or leasing service begins when you fill out an Online Profile Form, or contact an AutoReps representative at 888-388-REPS.

In some states and situations, we may not offer our service. Regardless, at the time of your inquiry, we will either email and/or call you to let you know if we can assist along with the time frame in which we can provide assistance to you. Providing as much information as possible with your initial request will help us more readily determine if we can help you. And in any case, all the free information we have available will be sent to you at no charge.

In most states, our service fee is $99. We feel that this is a very fair price to charge as that same $99 has saved some customers in excess of $4000! However, because we are currently undertaking a large effort to establish relationships with new customers, our fee is currently discounted FIFTY PERCENT!!

This means, that you can take advantage our complete auto negotiation service for under $50!

This fee is not currently refundable except in a situation covered by our guarantee.

Be advised, that the legislatures in some states have sided with dealers in establishing laws that limit or render us unable to provide our service to our customers as we normally would. (As noted above) It may require us to acquire the help of a resident agent in the performance of our services, or may necessitate that we only assist you in a limited fashion in your negotiations. In these states, our service fee will vary depending on what we are going to be doing for you.

Incomplete Forms
When we receive incomplete forms, we make an attempt to contact that customer and assess his or her needs. If there is no valid contact information (e-mail, phone number, etc.) we obviously will not be able to contact anyone and the form will go without response, so please make sure you fill out the sheet completely before you click the Submit button. If you are having problems with the form for any reason, please do not hesitate to call your AutoRep at 888-388-REPS to address the situation.
