Our service price guarantee is bound by the following
terms of our refund policy.
Our service
fee will be returned to you in the event that
the following conditions exist:
If you buy the
exact same vehicle (equipped with the same options,
same interior, and same exterior colors) elsewhere
at a better price within 72 hours of being presented
with our quote.
If you present to us by
either mail or fax, copies of the actual purchase
agreements and window sticker, which indicate
that you did indeed pay for the selling price.
(This price is to include the cost of delivery,
if paid, but less the costs or registration, taxes,
or any other government imposed fees)
Our guarantee
is considered void and no refund will be issued
under the following circumstances:
The vehicle has been purchased
utilizing a manufacturer program afforded to employees
and their families. (Example: Ford’s A-Plan)
Factory Orders
Quick Estimates
Buyer chooses not to complete
a vehicle purchase
Refunds will be made sent in the form of a check
within 30 days we confirm receipt of the documents
listed above outlining the price difference.
Post
72 Hour Policy
Our
quoted price is valid for 72 hours. Unfortunately,
due to the constantly changing rebates
and dealer-cash incentive, it is not possible
to make a guarantee longer than this.
If you chose not to complete the purchase
of your new car or truck in this time
frame, but desire to do so at a later
date, we will provide a quote for you
only once more free of charge. Any subsequent
requests for our negotiation services
will necessitate an additional charge.
Also, legislation
in certain states may necessitate that
our fees and guarantees vary from those
outlined above. In these instances, we
will notify you in advance of any variance
from our general policy during our initial
